Team Culture
Love where you work
We are a diverse, hand-picked team of friendly and experienced estate lawyers and support staff. Externally, we give clients the best possible, down-to-earth estate planning experience. Internally, we all support each other through regular team meetings and casual interactions. Most of our employees are free to set their own schedule, working when and where they want. We are all experts in our narrow field, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously and have fun when we get together.
Why join us?
Hybrid work options
Most employees can choose where they work, be it at home or one of our offices. Generally, employees can also set their own work hours and vacation schedules. Working in pajamas is a thing.
Giving back
One of our founding principles is to give back to the community to which we serve. To that end, we donate 1% of yearly revenue to charity. We work with purpose.
Enjoy your coworkers
We have three fun company-wide social events throughout the year. We also have casual summer picnics and sushi lunches regularly. Imagine a workplace without friction between workmates…
Meritocracy
We’re a pure meritocracy – we hire and promote solely based merit. Your colour, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, age and religion is welcome here – but they won’t get you ahead or hold you back. This hiring policy over the years has resulted in us amassing a highly talented and diverse team.
