Kiara’s current practice focuses on estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. Kiara also assists executors with obtaining grants of probate and giving estate administration advice.
Kiara graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, double majoring in film studies and sociology. In 2023, Kiara received her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
At law school, Kiara volunteered with the Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia where she co-hosted a family law legal information podcast, called Getting Familiar with Family Law. Kiara was also the vice president and an instructor with the Schulich Dance Society.
Before joining the team at Westcoast Wills & Estates, Kiara worked at a national firm in downtown Vancouver, representing clients in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
In her free time, Kiara enjoys singing, dancing and performing in local musical theatre productions.
