Nick was born and raised in Vancouver. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from UBC’s Allard School of Law in 2020.
While attending law school, Nick volunteered for the BC Civil Liberties Association and helped form a student group in support of harm reduction. He also worked as a student clinician for the Innocence Project and for Allard Law’s International Justice and Human Rights Clinic. After completing law school, Nick clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Nick’s current practice focuses on estate and incapacity planning as well as estate administration. He assists clients with preparing wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, as well as applying for probate.
Nick spends his time away from work writing and playing music with his band, curling, playing softball and baseball, and hanging out with his dog, Seamus.
