My lawyer was patient, considerate and thorough.

Navigating the horrendous traffic between Coquitlam and North Vancouver was well worth it to have Westcoast Wills & Estates.  My lawyer was patient, considerate and thorough. The advice he gave me superseded that of two previous lawyers when Wills were made out and  this will save my executor future problems for which I’m grateful. I feel there is nothing that can be improved upon. I certainly will recommend Westcoast Wills and Estates for their excellent service to family and friends whenever the opportunity occurs.

They made the process easy for us

My wife and I wanted to update our wills and representation agreements.  Westcoast made the process easy for us. Among the many items he pointed out that our car could be registered in both names to avoid probate issues. Further, beside hard copies of our documents we received a USB drive containing all documents to be kept separately in case the hard copies get destroyed. Jeremy also assured us that all documents will be kept by his office on an electronic file as a fall back. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy and the staff at Westcoast Wills. You will find yourself well served at a reasonable fixed price.

Charges a very reasonable price

We were certainly satisfied with Kirsten's work for us. Her firm specializes in wills and estates and charges a very reasonable price. They actually have a flat rate for all wills and estates. We were making changes to our wills which could have raised issues in this province and with Kirsten's help we were able to counteract any challenges that there might have been... We got much higher quotes from other law firms. And, they make a donation to charity from every payment.

Information in a non-judgmental, non-intrusive manner

Recently my husband and I had our wills, Power of Attorney document and Representation Agreement prepared by Ka Won Cheung of Westcoast Wills and Estates.  We needed the documents prepared in quite a tight timeline and Ka Won was most accommodating.  We found her to be knowledgeable, straight forward and willing to give us what we asked for.  She was clear on her role in advising us of our rights and responsibilities and of potential pitfalls in the path we were determined to follow in regard to equal distribution of assets in our blended family.  She gave this information in a non-judgmental, non-intrusive manner.  What we really appreciated about Ka Won was her personal manner.  She was lovely to work with in dealing with what could be a difficult conversation.  She was a very good listener.  She had a good sense of humour and was very gracious.  As well, we felt that the cost of doing business at Westcoast Wills was very competitive.
